Casa Maddu

Das Casa Maddu ist eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit leckerem Frühstück und unglaublich freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Die Lage mitten in den atemberaubenden Reisterrassen und üppigen Palmenwäldern ist einfach traumhaft – Ruhe pur! In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es zudem kleine, sehr schöne Restaurants mit köstlichem Essen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit in dieser traumhaften Gegend! Handtücher für Dusche und Pool immer vorhanden.

Beautiful new property, immaculate rooms. I felt very safe and it was very private. Room service was wonderful. They changed your sheets every day, which is amazing and rare. I loved the look and the feel of the room white with marble incredible Sunset view from inside the courtyard. The sky was gorgeous with the moon and the stars over the turquoise pool. They had great room service from their two restaurants. The staff was very attentive.

The only issue that I had that was a bummer was that the hot water didn’t last long enough to even fill up their beautiful bathtub. They explained it was because the hot water heater and that I just needed to wait 30 minutes for more hot water, but that is unacceptable because they didn’t tell me ahead of time. I had to insist that they offer me something for the inconvenience of free breakfast which ultimately they did give me, but it took time to get what I needed. That is my only complaint. If they hooked up their water to electric, they would have enough hot water for everybody there, and it would be amazing

Amazing service and very clean environment

If I had to find something to improve, it might be the breakfast, it’s not as amazing as the other services provided in this villa.
