Great view over the river, very quiet at night. Beds and pillows were comfy, rooms spacious and light. Lovely and warm, very clean. Super location, easy access to town. Access instructions very clear, except said it was a blue door and it was black. Only found the correct door due to a resident helping us. Hosts very helpful when I needed it to work the tv.
The showers. The shower head in the shower room only trickles out, needs cleaning or replacing. The shower with the bath didn't have a curtain/screen and part of the temp dial was broken. The mirrors in the bathrooms are in odd places, not above the sink and were too high for us to look in - need to be over 6ft! TV instructions would be helpful for people who don't have a smart TV. The video wasn't at all helpful.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in very close proximity to the town centre.
Communal entrance to the apartment needs a good clean-up. Sewage smell by entrance door from the car park and the lift and cobwebs on the staircase leading to the apartment.
