South Quay Penthouse - 2 Bed

Very clean, great views and location, lots of pillows.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the apartment below. We think it is coming round the pipes in the cupboard next to the cooker (this is very smelly).

Location was okay

The car park entrance was very tight

Clean, modern, bright. Fully equipped. Had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were great with communication which made for a really easy checkin/checkout.

Not really a ‘didn’t like’ but be aware that when they say that the entry to the parking lot is tight…it is tight! I had a Nissan Qashqai rental car and it did fit down the private road but there is a section that requires a bit of slow maneuvering. Also the car park itself is small and cramped when full. I’d recommend reversing into the allocated space so you can drive out forwards. The only other thing worth a mention is that the mattress in the main bedroom is very soft and feels like it sinks…again not really an issue for me, I can sleep anywhere :)

information regarding access to the property wasn't clear missing info for key pad, was asked to pay an additional £20 to access the property at 2pm when you have to depart at 11am - 3hrs to clean should be sufficient time. The description says seafront which it wasn't so a little disappointed on that. It wasn't advised that scaffolding was put outside the property. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on even for kids. However, it was clean and nice apartment just not sure it warrants £250 per night.
