Entire Flat With View to River Yare, H 1

The location is close to the beach, about 10 mins walk. It was very spacious and clean.

There was a smell in the bathroom. Was unable to work out the microwave, an instruction manual wld have been helpful.

The location was fine although access is via quite an isolated alley, not great for solo travellers perhaps.

We arrived at 15:35, followed the instructions regarding the key box entry and let ourselves into the flat. The property had not been cleaned despite the owner being aware of our arrival time. I called the owner who agreed to sent the cleaner in ten minutes. Not a good start! The property is advertised for 4 people...1 double, 1 single in the bedroom and another single in the lounge but it wasn't equipped for 4.not enough plates, side plates knives and forks or glasses and no tea cups or coffee mugs at all! There were only 4 hangers in the wardrobe? and the only mirror in the whole flat is above the bathroom sink 🙄 The windows in the flat were really dirty. Not massive things on their own but highly irritating.
