Really great location in an authentic and interesting part of Rome. Very easy to get to the city center from the tram stop which is only 500m from the house. Very bright and comfortable room, and very affordable rate. Thank you!

The apartment was nice and clean,the bed was comfy.When we arrived some lady other than owner came down to give us the keys.
The area was scary and dirty,one guy peeing on the street,homeless people wandering. I was approached twice by strange men,while my bf went to the shop and I was waiting outside. If I were staying in that district alone, I'd never go out. I recommend that district only if You need to drive to Ciampino airport-we found free parking spot near the apartment on Viale Filarete and driving to the airport took 15 mins.The walk and Giradinetti -Termini light train to Colloseum takes 1 hour. The other day, we stayed closer to the city center (via La Spezia), and it was a much safer and nice district, so we had completely different Rome experiences.
