Panoramic penthouse 10m from metro A

Our stay in this apartment was amazing! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need; it was very tidy and clean. Rachele is a wonderful host! She was very kind and careful, and her hospitality really sets a great example. The apartment is located very close to the metro station, so you can reach the center fast and easily. Also, next to the apartment, there is a supermarket which is open 24/7. We were satisfied with everything and would gladly come again!

Da wir früher als geplant angekommen sind haben wir bereits den Schlüssel um 11 Uhr bekommen und durften die Koffer abstellen. Das Penthouse war dann ab 14 Uhr für uns zur Verfügung, aber die Koffer nicht im Auto zu haben ist schon ein gutes Gefühl. Parkplätze sind genügend kostenlose in der Nähe. Wir haben vom Balkon aufs Auto geschaut. 2 Klimaanlagen waren da die gut funktioniert haben. Penthouse ist gut ausgestattet. Hauptgrund für uns war die direkte Anbindung zur U-Bahn, die gleich unter der Wohnung eine Station hat. 24h Supermarkt nebenbei. Jede Menge verschiedene Lokale in ein paar Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen und würdens unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

direkt an einer Hauptstraße die man natürlich hört. Hat uns beim Schlafen aber nicht gestört. Noch am ehesten wenn die Rettung fährt, aber diese Sirene hört man glaub ich auch in den Nebenstraßen.

First of all, our host Rachele was incredibly helpful from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Everything was clear and straightforward, with absolutely no surprises. The apartment features three balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, mosquito nets, two air conditioners, and two TVs. The snacks provided by Rachele were wonderful. Being truly just 10 meters away from the metro station is extraordinary. Also, the 24-hour supermarket right across the street was an absolute lifesaver. Nobody seems to have mentioned this before, but the tap water in the apartment is perfectly drinkable. Thanks to the fountains all over Rome and the tap water at home, we never spent a single penny on water. If I visit Rome again, I would stay in this apartment without a second thought.

In my opinion, the elevator is the biggest downside of the apartment. It is incredibly small, and you have to close the outer door manually. If you don't close it properly, no one else in the entire building can use the elevator. Also, the comfort of the pull-out single bed was not good at all.

Rachele ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist ca.20 Minuten ausserhalb von Zentrum, aber die U Bahn Anbindung ist top. Die Aussicht aus dem Appartement, der Lebensmittel Geschäft, die Bäckereien und ein tolles Restaurant ist gleich ums Eck. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
