Great place with a fantastic hot tub and a great location, only 10 mins walk into Wirksworth.

The hot tub was amazing!

The second bathroom was an en suite and as there was 5 of us it would have been useful if this was accessible to all or a 3rd toilet was available.

Excellent visit

Location was excellent for the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District. After a day walking, the hot tub was much appreciated.

Nice stay in Peak District

The barn was spacious and clean. The communication running up to our stay was good. The barn is quite hard to find (though we did arrive in the dark) and is down some quite thin roads so just something to be mindful of on arrival. Overall we had a good stay.

Although the property was plenty warm enough The only slight draw back, was could not work out how to put the radiators on to dry the towels between hot tub sessions.

It was perfect for our 2 night break

The property is modern and well furnished, good sized double bedrooms with comfy beds, television in every room, comfortable lounge and a well equipped kitchen. There was a hot tub to use. It was ideal for our 2 night break. Location was good for travelling around the area.

We had difficulty locating the property initially although once found it was fine. The outlook driving down to the property was a little off putting as there were several cars in need of repairs which made first impressions a little worrying however it caused no problems and the property more than made up for it

We had a very relaxing stay with an interesting and beautiful 10km circular hike to Cromford

Hot tub was a welcome bonus after our hike. Lovely views across the valley from the patio. The Barn is very well and thoughtfully kitted out.

Perfect little retreat

It is an absolutely incredible barn conversion with incredible views. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and there are so many different outdoor seating options so comfort is always available. The bedrooms are fab, and the downstairs bathroom is quite sizeable. Also there’s no need to bring a fan or a hairdryer as the barn already has them. Pete is an incredibly lovely host!
