It was nice cozy
I was disappointed with people smoking weed the smell was most of the evening which was really the only that put us off. And other people that night too.

The communal fireplace was lovely- we made use of it and enjoyed toasting marshmallows
The bed was really uncomfortable- mattress spring could be felt and dip in middle of mattress. Could have been cleaner too. Hot tub smelled a bit weird. Our lodge was near a road so didn't really get the "in the woods' feel I was hoping for as you could hear the traffic.
