The holiday village was well kept, clean, tidy, grounds well maintained. The cottage (The Diary) had everything you need for your stay, kitchen well equipped (for note - there is no freezer), iron and board, towels, toilet roll, handwash, washing up liquid, washing powder, etc. All the essentials that you need which is great as many properties we’ve stayed don’t even provide washing up liquid. There was a tray of coffee/tea/sugar/uht milk and boarders biscuits. The bed was comfortable, WiFi reliable, smart tv in living room and bedroom, fan provided in bedroom. Honestly everything you need. A lovely cozy welcoming cottage.
A freezer or freezer compartment would be nice if staying longer for frozen food or ice cubes, but only a suggestion.
Also the games room area, had lovely facilities and nice to have this option with pool table/air hockey/ TV/ PS3/ darts board/ karaoke/ board games/ childrens toys/ coffee bar/ toilets/ sofas, however it does appear to still need some final finishes and potentially could do with being checked by staff regularly as other guests don’t seem to take care in tidying away after themselves and was not as clean as the cottage however understandable with being a communal area.

The Dairy was lovely and cosy. Comfortable beds and kitchen very well equipped. Hot tub was great!
Fantastic play area, the games room was a bonus we don’t know about and everything was so well kept with care and attention.
Vic was so welcoming and we all loved feeding the animals
Only thing we would add is another towel rail in the bathroom :)

Lovely setting on a farm. Nice facilities with an indoor games room and outdoor play area.
Farm animals and offered to feed animals with farmer. Pretty setting.
Our particular room (the old wine cellar) was under ground level so quite dark and with arched ceilings and low points it would not be suitable for taller families. This wasn’t a game changer but we are on the shorter side.
