Renovated accommodation comprising a very large living room with a beautiful veranda opening onto a very well-exposed terrace, and a fully-equipped open kitchen.
You'll enjoy a view of the large garden, the port and the Kador beach with its red-and-white lighthouse!
Just a 5-minute walk from Morgat beach!
There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed
- 2 upstairs bedrooms with 2 double beds each
2 WCs, dedicated laundry room.
Garage and garden shed for storing your surfboards and bikes, for example.
Secure entrance and ample parking space in the courtyard.
Also supplied with all necessary equipment (filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer, new washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 hairdryers, internet...).
A key box is available for late arrivals.
