About this house rental

Beautiful 1950s villa located high on the Morgat town center, the resort of Crozon, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful beach 200 meters, the nautical center and the port 300m. The bright and spacious villa overlooks the bay of the living room with large windows. A dining room opening onto the terrace and the garden. The three bedrooms are upstairs, the house is very nice and has a kitchen, and a fenced 750 m² garden with lawn, garden furniture with plancha and 2 chairs. Also a garage with full laundry, three bicycles and a kayak. The departure of the GR34 hiking trail is at the foot of the villa, it will lead you to the Lighthouse Kador, the beautiful beach of the Virgin Island in St. Hernot or the Cape of the goat for the more energetic.

This was our third holiday in Morgat and Marion’s house is by far the best location with lovely views across the bay from the lounge and balcony. Just a short walk down to Morgat or up to the Kador woods and good access/parking. The house itself is charming, spacious and the lounge had a real wow factor. I loved some of the original features! The garden is well suited for lounging and dining - the plancha was very popular. There is access through the house to a large garage just in front of a driveway for two cars with electric gates. Marion was very accommodating and kind, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Perfect location

This is a great place to stay - within a short walking distance of Morgat's beach, shops and restaurants and right next to coastal footpaths and cycle paths. The house is clean, bright, well-equipped and perfectly positioned to catch the evening sun on the terrace, with a view over the beach. Easy communication with the owners. Guests even have access to two bikes and a kayak. Highly recommended!

Friendly well equipped house, filled with light and lots of space. Comfortable good sized bedrooms, and plenty of shared living space downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Sunny back garden; you can sit and eat outside. Off road parking. Only 5 minutes walk down to the sea front. Great views from the living room and garden. Morgat is charming. Huge sandy beach safe for kids and for swimming and you can hire kayaks, stand up paddle boards, wind surfers etc easily. A few good bars,creperies and restaurants but fairly quiet in the evenings. We went surfing just 15 minutes away at Goulien and La Palue. Owners are helpful and friendly. Fabulous!

This house was very good, well provided with good seating, bedding, kitchen amenities etc. Even two good bicycles and a kayak are part of it. Price is aligned with the quality. We were very happy with everything.

This was our second stay in this property and the house was as beautiful and comfortable as before. It has all you could want and more ; we love the views and the coolness of the house , it's position overlooking the sea and within 5 minutes walk of the beach, shops and cafes of Morgat. We used the plancha to eat outside most days ...such a treat. And we used the kayak to paddle in the sea; a bit of a lug back up the hill but the wheels eased this and we felt it was worth it! We hope to return again; it's the best place for a relaxing holiday.

Village and local town have all what you would need, beautiful beach, coastal walks and plenty cafes/ restaurants/ bars. Property is a great size and appeared recently renovated. Beach views from some of the rooms and lots of space to relax in. Owner was really helpful and friendly. We had a great week and would really recommend this property.

I think this was the first time this property has been rented. A friendly welcome and introduction to the house. Able to check up on a couple of things by phone, got an immediate response. The house is in a beautiful position overlooking the bay and only five minutes walk into the centre (ten minutes back up the hill though!). Very spacious, rooms well furnished and comfortable, lovely to have two showers! Morgat is a lovely town, plenty of good restaurants and a small supermarket with a hypermarket only ten minutes drive away in Crozon. Lovely big beach and lots of water activities in a sheltered bay. Definitely somewhere to visit again.

Geräumiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Alles notwendige zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig! Kuechenausstattung gut, ein wirklich großer Topf wäre schön. Man kann sehr gut die Küste sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Rad direkt vom Haus aus erkunden. Die Räder konnten wir in der großen Garage abstellen ++. Riesenvorteil!! Für die schöne Suedterrasse würde man sich bequeme Liegen wünschen :-).

Das ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Gegend. Es ist nur 5 Minuten vom allgemeinen Badestrand und höchstens 10 Minuten bis zu einer der sehr privaten Buchten. Restaurants in Morgat sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die zwei Badezimmer und die davon getrennten Toiletten machen das Haus auch sehr geeignet für den Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher sparsam und macht das Kochen für eine große Gruppe nicht sehr leicht. Ein Dusch- und ein kleines Gästetuch pro Person für 14 Tage ist sehr sparsam. Sehr gut ist das Vorhandensein eines Kajaks und der Fahrräder. Etwas unglücklich ist die Lage der Terrasse, da sie den meisten Teil des Tages im Schatten der großen Bäume vom Nachbargrundstück liegt. Wir hätten gern am Morgen dort gefrühstückt, zumal wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Die Sonne schien fast die ganzen zwei Wochen, aber leider nicht auf die Terrasse.

Das charmante bretonische Haus ruhig gelegen, dabei drei Steinwürfe von Bucht und Uferpromenade. Der Blick durch Bäume über das Wasser, seitlich der Küstenwald. Eine Terrasse mit dem Schwung der Fünfziger fängt Sonne bis zum Abend und schaut hinab zur See. Der Wohnraum geöffnet zu drei Seiten für Licht und Sicht. Die funktionale Küche, die gemütlichen Zimmer. Alles am richtigen Platz. Wir haben jeden Tag geliebt. Die Abwicklung war freundlich und kulant. Hinsichtlich der mit Corona verbundenen Unsicherheiten wurden uns großzügige Stornierungsmöglichkeiten eingeräumt (von denen wir glücklicherweise keinen Gebrauch machen mussten :-) Merci beaucoup! Á bientôt!

Das Haus ist wunderbar in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen, der Ortskern von Morgat und der Küstenwanderweg GR34 liegen trotzdem direkt vor der Tür. Man genießt aus vielen Räumen den traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand von Morgat, was zu jeder Tageszeit herrlich ist. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Haus und die wunderschöne Natur der Prèsqu'île de Crozon haben uns sehr begeistert. Einfach absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ausnehmend guten und ruhigen Lage über der Bucht von Morgat. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Das Haus ist geräumig und geschmackvoll sowie praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat einen sehr schön bepflanzten Garten und eine große, das Haus umlaufende Terrasse. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten und allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend von dem Eigentümer empfangen, der uns das Haus zeigte und für alle Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben mit unserer Familie einen wunderschönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub (Wandern, Schwimmen,, Surfen, Kajak, stand up paddling) verbracht. Es war das mit Abstand schönste Ferienhaus unserer Reisen!

wir hatten leider nur eine Woche zeit, haben diese aber reichlich genutzt. das haus liegt, mit einem wunderschönen blick in die bucht von morgat, unweit der strandpromenade und dem wanderweg gr34 (ist 'ne wucht, steilküsten, versteckte buchten, alte kleine ansiedlungen - wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen). ebenfalls nur ein paar gehminuten entfernt, schöne kleine lokale. unser tenor: jeden tag ein anderes. die kommunikation mit der vermieterin war hervorragend, besser geht nicht. änderungen und zusatzwünsche wurden problemlos aufgenommen. besten dank für den leckeren französischen schaumwein. im haus ist alles vorhanden was für einen urlaub benötigt wird. wir konnten unsere motorräder sogar in der garage sicher unterstellen. war sehr, sehr schön und beeindruckend - danke hierfür. ane & thomas martina & harald
