Early 20th century family home completely renovated in 2025, with all modern comforts, ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of Morgat.
In addition to the charm of the old, its assets are the proximity of shops, restaurants and the beach of Morgat (5 minutes walk). Due to its location, it will be the ideal starting point for the main tourist places of the peninsula: Cap de la Chèvre, Virgin Island, Kador wood, Camaret, Pointe de Dinan, sea caves, Tas de Pois ...
Many sports and cultural activities nearby: paddle, kayak, tree climbing, bike rides on the greenway, mountain bike trails, hiking on the GR34, swimming pool, Second World War museum, Vauban tower, Maison des Minérals, museum of old trades, Landevennec abbey, boat cemetery...

On the 2nd floor:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), storage and additional electric heating.
1 mezzanine area with a sofa (convertible into a bed) and a TV (TV box)

The outdoor terrace and a garden shed are being developed. No work planned during your stay, of course!
