About this house rental

House standing in a hamlet of character with exceptional sea views of all living rooms (on piles of peas, Dinan Cove and the beach), wooden terrace of 25 m2 facing south west. Stunning views of sunsets. Family beach of Goulien located at 1km accessible by way of the top of the house. Departure of the coastal hiking trail (GR34) of the beach of Goulien. On the ground floor large bedroom on the ground floor with terrace access to the south, bathroom with bath, living room overlooking the terrace and kitchen US. Upstairs, master suite with walk-in shower, second bedroom with two separate beds (90 * 200) and third child bedroom with pull-out bed (possibility of two children) and TV / games area. High quality service, house referenced 3 stars by the tourist office.

Great property, fabulous views, the best location!

This is a terrific place to stay. The pictures on the website do not quite show how close this house is to the beach, or how stunning the views are, by day and in the evenings. The hamlet it's in is postcard-picture-perfect, the Goulien beach is just perfect, and the accessibility of Crozon and Morgat mean that variety of food, beaches, and activities is never more than 10 minutes away. The house itself has a great layout downstairs, with a really nice open plan living space that works perfectly for families like ours. The master bedroom is lovely and the other rooms work very well for younger children (upstairs) and older children (downstairs, with their own bathroom). The kitchen is well equipped and great to cook in, and having a large garage available was so useful for all of our windsurf/surf/sup boards and equipment. Overall, a great place to stay, and one we will certainly return to in the future. Thank you!
