This is an excellent property, a bit large for the 2 of us and our pooch, but it would be perfect for a larger group. It was very comfortable, clean and really well equipped, with lovely large gardens front and back. It was really well situated for Crozon, Morgat beach, and only a short drive to many other beaches around Crozon. Patrick the landlord was very friendly and helpful, and we managed to communicate using his English, our small amount of French, and Google translate! We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful two weeks on the Crozon peninsula. The outskirts of Crozon where the property is located is ideal for exploring the rest of the peninsula by car, bike or on foot - we did all of these. It is a pleasant 10 minute mostly uphill walk into Crozon town where you can find all you need. It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to lovely Morgat. The roads and beaches were quiet even in the middle of summer.The house is pretty and practical and worked well for us (two families of 4 with teenage plus boys). Two double bedrooms upstairs in the main part of the house for the adults and two double bedrooms in the extension part of the house - quite far away from the main bedrooms. There was table tennis in the garage which was great.Some of the furnishings and accessories were a little dated - some new mugs for tea and coffee and drinking glasses would be a good idea. There is plenty of space to park and the garden is large - lots of visiting chickens from next door but they were no trouble. Although there is an airer for drying washing a washing line would have been useful as there were 8 people.Mr and Mrs Retout were there to meet us (we came a day later than the official day) and they came back before we left (at 5.30am as we had to catch an early ferry). They were very friendly and helpful and we just about got by with our limited French and their limited English! We rented bedding and towels from them which were fresh and good quality but this along with the extra electric, water and municipal charges did increase the original price by some way.We had a fantastic holiday helped by fantastic weather and a quiet location. Thank you.

Tout le confort que l'on peut espérer, jardin immense et maison idem. Nous avons profité de notre séjour de printemps sous un soleil tout à fait respectable. Les courses peuvent être faites à pied (marché quotidien et supermarché à 10 min à pied).

La maison est non seulement très confortable mais en plus elle est très bien équipée. Le jardin qui l'entoure est agréable et nous avons pu apprécier la véranda pour les débuts de soirée ! Nous utilisons les gîtes depuis de nombreuses années et celui-ci se classe parmi les meilleurs. Bravo aux propriétaires.

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir beau temps pour apprécier cette région magnifique, la maison est très bien située près de Crozon, un village très agréable pour y faire ses courses chez les producteurs locaux présents presque chaque jour sur la place du village. La maison est très agréable spacieuse, propre et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cette location !!

Im Wintergarten haben wir viel gechillt, gespielt und Ausflüge geplant. Hundewiese, Strände, Bäcker, und Mogat sowie Crozon sind gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Unser Essenstip sind moul frites im Hafen von Camaret-sur-Mer und Langusten, Artischocken vom Markt in Crozon. Best night life in Camaret-sur-Mer. Im Urlaub musste leider auch etwas gearbeitet werden. Dank stabilen W-LAN konnte ein Biografie einen Musiklegende übersetzt und eine Remote Schulung durchgeführt werden.

Table de Ping Pong , Et planche pour plage laissé par le propriétaire grand terrain maison bien aménagé . Le propriétaire prend le temps d expliquer et de donner des informations sur les visites à faire . Je recommande vivement ce logement dans une région très belle .

The house is in a residential area on the southwest side of Crozon and a good 2 km walk from the beach. A spacious house with all the amenities you can imagine. There are several shops and supermarkets in Crozon. We have made many day trips from this location along the coast and enjoyed it immensely with our dog. In bad weather you have to take into account a limited range of TV channels and Internet speed, but with good weather nobody will be bothered by that. If you do not speak French, it is a bit more difficult to communicate with the owner, but in the end it works with English.

La maison est très adaptée pour une grande famille. L'emplacement permet de profiter du centre de Crozon et d'aller à la plage de Morgat, le tout à pied. Le jardin bien protégé permet de déjeuner tranquillement. L'accueil par les propriétaires est très agréable.

Accueillis par les hôtes très sympathiques, on se sent tout de suite comme chez nous en arrivant dans cette maison confortable, spacieuse, très bien équipée (bonne literie, cuisine, marche pied pour les enfants, body board, table de ping-pong...) à la propreté irreprochable. Tout est conçu pour que l'on passe un sejour agréable. Maison très bien conçue pour 2 familles de 4 personnes avec 2 espaces isolés l'un de l'autre et espaces communs très généreux et un immense jardin ! Très bien placée, on accède aux prinicipaux spots de la presqu'île facilement (entre 5 et 15mn de voiture max). Bref, je ne peux que recommander cette location !!!

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und auch für mehrere Gäste sehr gut geeignet. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, auch für Seitenschläfer, der Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus bis in die Bucht von Morgat ist sehr schön und das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Man erreicht den Marktplatz von Crozon auch gut zu Fuß (ca. 15 min). Die Küche und der Hauswirtschaftsraum sind sehr komplett und enthalten alles, was man zum Kochen, Kühlen und Waschen benötigt, sogar Waschmittel. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und sonstige Dinge. Die Hühner vom Nachbarn scharren zufrieden im großen Garten, sehr schön anzuschauen. Genügend Platz zum Abstellen der Autos auf dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, großzügig, ruhige Lage, der sehr starke Muffgeruch war sehr störend

Das Haus war schön und auf den ersten Blick sauber, allerdings waren wir bereits beim Eintreten sehr irritiert, weil uns ein sehr starker Muffgeruch entgegenkam, der aus dem Schrank im Eingangsbereich kam und uns den gesamten Urlaub begrüßte, wenn wir das Haus betraten. Das Geschirr war ein wenig angeschlagen und zum Teil klebend. Den Toaster konnten wir nicht benutzen. Den Kühlschrank und den Gefrierschrank mussten wir zunächst gründlich auswaschen, bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Die Waschmaschine war zuvor im nassen Zustand für längere Zeit geschossen gewesen, erst nach zwei Leerläufen mit Chlorreiniger war sie wieder nutzbar. Ansonsten ist das Haus geräumig und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Gartenmöbel bedürfen teilweise eines Austausches und die Auflagen hatten den unangenehmen Muffgeruch des Schrankes im Eingang angenommen.

Qua ruimte en inrichting is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en zelfs meer. Wij hebben enorm genoten en hadden daarbij ook nog eens zomers weer in mei. De ligging is zeer gunstig om de prachtige kust rond de baai van Douarnenez te verkennen. Ideaal voor een wandelvakantie. Slechts met 1 verandering zou de eigenaar ons nóg blijer maken, namelijk een wat breder bed. Nederlanders zijn groot hè.

Crozon und Morgat fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wunderbare Landschaft, unendliche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und sehr schöne Strände. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, falls man den Abend auf der Terrasse am Haus verbringen möchte. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
