Detached house with a total surface of 200 sqm, renovated, spacious and bright. Green spaces around the house.

• Ground floor: large veranda - Living room with fireplace - fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) - 1 bedroom with double bed - Bathroom - toilet.

• Floor: 1 large bedroom with double bed (140) - 1 bedroom with double bed (140) - 1 rest room with double bed (120) - Bathroom - separate toilets.

• Outside: large landscaped garden of 2300m ² with courtyard, terrace and barbecue.

It was our second stay after a holiday 30 years ago. The region is untoppable: you an swim, bike, walk and - chill

This is an excellent property, a bit large for the 2 of us and our pooch, but it would be perfect for a larger group. It was very comfortable, clean and really well equipped, with lovely large gardens front and back. It was really well situated for Crozon, Morgat beach, and only a short drive to many other beaches around Crozon. Patrick the landlord was very friendly and helpful, and we managed to communicate using his English, our small amount of French, and Google translate! We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful two weeks on the Crozon peninsula. The outskirts of Crozon where the property is located is ideal for exploring the rest of the peninsula by car, bike or on foot - we did all of these. It is a pleasant 10 minute mostly uphill walk into Crozon town where you can find all you need. It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to lovely Morgat. The roads and beaches were quiet even in the middle of summer.The house is pretty and practical and worked well for us (two families of 4 with teenage plus boys). Two double bedrooms upstairs in the main part of the house for the adults and two double bedrooms in the extension part of the house - quite far away from the main bedrooms. There was table tennis in the garage which was great.Some of the furnishings and accessories were a little dated - some new mugs for tea and coffee and drinking glasses would be a good idea. There is plenty of space to park and the garden is large - lots of visiting chickens from next door but they were no trouble. Although there is an airer for drying washing a washing line would have been useful as there were 8 people.Mr and Mrs Retout were there to meet us (we came a day later than the official day) and they came back before we left (at 5.30am as we had to catch an early ferry). They were very friendly and helpful and we just about got by with our limited French and their limited English! We rented bedding and towels from them which were fresh and good quality but this along with the extra electric, water and municipal charges did increase the original price by some way.We had a fantastic holiday helped by fantastic weather and a quiet location. Thank you.
