Great place for a big company

Close location to popular hikes and to the city centre. Good staff. Clean pool. Two bathrooms at the house. A lot of kitchenware for a big group of people.

Hair dryer handle was broken, but usable. Kitchen didn't have any detergents as well as bathrooms didn't have any toiletries.

Good base for exploring the area.

Reasonable quality maisonette for 6 was comfortable for four people (not using the sofa bed). Not too small. Good base for exploring the Crozon peninsula, and close to a town with plenty of shops and restaurants, plus it's own beach.

Second bedroom only has a skylight, so no view, stuffy if left closed (we had some rain one night so couldn't leave it open), and as there's no blind to whole room lights up when the sun comes up. Everything is a bit worn, so could do with some refurbishment.

Good location to be able to walk into Morgat and discover other beautiful parts of the Crozon. Good indoor swimming pool for children to play, open all day. Quiet, no traffic noise. Well kept outside space.

The house, floors, furniture (including outside plastic tables and chairs) were dirty and very basic and not at all comfortable or relaxing. Our children didn't want to take their shoes off (and needed persuading to stay!). Despite a big emphasis in all the paperwork on cleaning the property before leaving, the property has not been deep cleaned for years. Despite highlighting specific concerns to the management on the first day, no one spoke to us or came to see us to deal with the issues. After leaving we have now been charged over 20Euros on the credit card with no reason given why.

Good location very quiet.

There is a strong smell in the house that’s we couldn’t stand. And the sofa bed is not Really confortable compare to the one we just had in other appartement.

Nice place - poor communication

Great location and privacy - overall decent place and nice outdoor seating area etc - room for improvement and lack of translations

Issue was in communication reception is only open a few hours per day which wasn’t communicated which left is trapped outside the gate - not communicated that there is literally nothing in the house (toilet paper, garbage bags) etc The apartment had clearly been smoked in and bedroom had a strong smoke smell Lastly there was a ton of ants in the apartment - when we mentioned this we were given some ant repellent stuff however this did little to fix the problem

un rapport qualité prix au top une résidence bien agréable propre à tout les niveaux personnel très souriant agréable et serviable j'ai apprécier le sauna et hamam un vrai bonheur en cette période de l'année.

la vaisselle juste le strict minimun un peu léger et pas de bon couteaux pas facile du coup pour cuisiner . manque de cintres juste 4 .

Un séjour régénérant

Piscine très agréable. Salon d'accueil décoré ambiance halloween.Résidence calme, voiture sur parking à proximité proche mais pas contre les maisons et c'est très bien ainsi Résidence proche village et sentiers de rando.

Un composteur serait le bienvenu. Balisage en sortant de la résidence vers sentiers rando inexistant, un effort à faire côté municipalité, même sentiment pour un trottoir ou aménagement pour aller à pied à Morgat.

Déçu On

L'accueil facile, l'amabilité du personnel, la piscine chauffée, la terrasse et le jardin l'emplacement pas loin de Morgat et au coeur des sites touristiques

Impossibilité de se garer à proximité du logement donc pas évident de faire plein d'allers et retours, pas de four, il manque des plats de service, le canapé était râpé et usé, il serait également utile de rafraîchir les peintures enfin la literie est à renouveler

Le calme du logement et la piscine bien entretenu.

Nous étions 3 pour un logement de 6 et heureusement car il n'y a qu'un petit frigo . La moquette a l'étage hors d'usage et pas très hygiénique pour un endroit qui accepte les animaux.

La possibilité d’être au fond de l’allée pour ne pas être dérangé par les autres locataires.

Les photos trompeuses qui ne reflètent en rien l’état des lieux actuels. Les prestations de sauna trompeuses également puisque resevées au client présent une semaine minimum. La piscine ultra chlorée et avec une forte résonance. Propreté et décoration très décevantes dans le logement.

Tout était parfait, Patricia à l'accueil est exceptionnelle. Le logement correspond à la description, la piscine chauffée est très bien également. Ce fut une très bonne expérience.

Logement un peu vieillissant mais propre et dans l'ensemble confortable.

Le canapé n'était vraiment pas confortable pour s'y détendre. Le chauffage, il faisait soit trop chaud soit trop froid. On n'arrivait pas à trouver un juste milieu.
