About this house rental

This beautiful house of the 19th century 3 floors can accommodate 2 families or a large family to spend holidays by the sea. The house is located in the center of the beautiful fishing village of morgat in a quiet non-commercial alley while being close to everything.

Its small garden and car park (100 m²) located in front of the house (not adjoining) and its comfort (165 m2) will make you spend a very nice vacation. The house is located 30 m from the beach and 200 m from the sailing school and the surf club. Coastal paths and other beaches are nearby.

Wifi internet access is at your disposal.
In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:

Perfect holiday in a fantastic location

We spent an idyllic week here. Perfect for families but also small to larger groups of walkers/surfers etc. Only a stone's throw from the beach, gorgeous local walks and a great selection of good-value restaurants to choose from. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. The surrounding countryside and coast is stunning. The house is lovely with all mod cons, plenty of space, tastefully decorated and clean. We will be back. Thank you.

We spent an idyllic week here. La location est extrêmement bien située. Proche de la plage, des commerces, bars, restaurants. 2 des enfants ont fait un stage de surf et pouvaient y aller seul à pied le matin. Les plus âgées pouvaient sortir le soir sans problème. Le logement est atypique : 2 maisons réunies, des escaliers partout! À éviter avec de jeunes enfants. Bien isolée du bruit extérieur, ce n'est pas le cas entre les différentes chambres puisque les sols craquent au moindre pas. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le logement est assez sombre, même en journée. La petite cour où 2 voitures peuvent être garées ne nous a pas énormément servie puisqu'il n'y a pas de pieds pour les parasols (trop de vent certainement) et qu'elle n'est pas protégée du soleil.

Un emplacement de rêve pour cette maison de ville (à 30m de la plage, de tous les commerces et animations du centre ville, dans un paysage splendide. Gérant très sympa, disponible et à l'écoute. Tout s'est très bien passé, et nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir dans cette résidence. Le barbecue fourni avec tous ses accessoires, ainsi que les jeux de plage pour les enfants sont un plus appréciable. Quelques remarques mineures, qui ne viennent en aucun cas diminuer notre satisfaction générale, mais à mettre en regard du prix (élevé) de la location : - le rez de chaussée est peu lumineux, et frais / humide. Pas du tout dérangeant pour notre semaine ensoleillée, mais à savoir, - beaucoup d'escaliers, et peu de solutions pour éviter de les utiliser... pas idéal avec de très jeunes enfants (dont les chambres sont au 2ème étage !) - les salles de bain sont assez sommaires (cabines de douche en plastique, pas de baignoire, WC non séparés..) - aucun "fond de cuisine" fourni (sel / poivre, huile, ni même torchon) - emplacement pas le plus tranquille : la rue résonne un peu (en cas de passage la nuit), et les animations estivales y sont audibles (légèrement) lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes

C'est vraiment la maison biscornue, un vrai terrain d'aventures pour les enfants ! Les sanitaires un peu vieillots mais tout fonctionne, manque un sèche-cheveux. Cuisine bien équipée avec du matériel ultra-moderne. Wifi et toutes les chaînes de télévision. Très bien située près de la plage et malgré cela au calme. Accueil ponctuel et amical. A recommander, une vraie maison de famille !

Alors maison très bien située. Rez de chaussé très très humide et sombre il faut allumer la journée. Les chambres sont belles et literie très bonne. Seul le jardin qui est en face de la maison était un problème pour nous. Dans l ensemble pas mal.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, wenn man Teeny-Kids hat. Die können dann Abends mal schnell auf der Promenade von Morgat auf die Rolle gehen. Wir waren zu 8 Personen und hatten alle genug Platz. Die Bettenqualität war gut. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und nach Festivitäten in der Stadt kann es früh morgens schon einmal lauter werden. Das sollte man bedenken, wenn man direkt an der Promenade wohnt. Der Außenbereich liegt dem Haus gegenüber und in der Gartenhütte findet man alles, was man zum Grillen braucht. Es ist auch noch Platz für ein Auto und Motorrad. Das Haus ist hübch eingerichtet und medientechnisch komplett. WLAN funktioniert optimal. Die Sanitäranlagen sind okay. Ein drittes WC wäre optimal. Auch in der Küche ist fast alles vorhanden. Ein größerer Backofen wäre schön, einen elektrischer Mixer habe ich vermisst und das ein oder andere Porzelanteil. Nach unserer Erfahrung der letzten Jahre, sind die Kochtöpfe und Schüsseln für einen acht Personenhaushalt in den Ferienhäusern meist zu klein oder es sind zu wenig Teile vorhanden. Spül- und Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Dennoch haben wir uns im Haus und in Morgat sowieso sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolut größte Plus für uns war, dass man sich abends mit einem Glas Rotwein an der Promenade auf einer Bank oder auf den Strand setzen konnte und die Dämmerung genießen.... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Haus ideal für zwei Familien oder mehrere Freunde. Ruhig und doch zentral mitten in Morgat!

Das Domizil besteht aus zwei Häusern, die geschickt miteinander verbunden sind. Die eine Hälfte ist schon sehr schön renoviert und sehr ansprechend, die andere Hälfte ist akzeptabel. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend und auch die Matratzen sind neu und komfortabel. Durch den kleinen Kamin ist es im Winter auch unten kuschelig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal: man ist sofort am Strand, aber auch die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Garten ist nicht vorhanden, wenn man aber den Strand oder Wanderungen liebt, ist das kein Problem. Dafür ist ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus mit einem kleinen Schuppen vorhanden. Unser Enkel liebte den Treppenrundlauf durch die Häuser: das eine Treppenhaus rauf, dann durch die oberen Zimmer und das andere Treppenhaus wieder runter.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine complètement équipée, le poêle à bois, le terrain de l'autre côté de la ruelle permettant de se garer facilement à 2 voitures. La proximité immédiate des commerces, de la plage, de la piscine et du GR34 permet de limiter l'usage de la voiture au strict minimum.
