About this house rental

At the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat Finistere south in the Bay of Douarnenez, close to beaches, shops, harbor, restaurants, ... this bright modern and comfortable house you will have a great time on the tip of Brittany.

The house of 140 m² on 1500 m² of land comprises of 4 c, 1 bathroom, 1salles water and 2 separate WC, a us fitted kitchen and large living dining room opening onto a large terrace woods and garden.

The beach is located 700 m from the house, you can enjoy swimming and water sports.

If you are used to the advertised price representing the complete price for your stay, beware. The extras listed in fine print made up, in summer, an additional 15% (€215). In winter with heating it would be significantly more. On other holiday rental sites, property owners include linen, water and power. Here they are extras. There was no obvious welcome or information pack - we eventually discovered it on a poster board in the dark utility room. We were not met at the property. On the positive side, the house is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The main living/dining area is very light and open. There is a very pleasant terrace. It was a good fit for a family of five, but it would feel cramped for eight adults. There is not much privacy. It is walking distance from the pretty beachfront at Morgan, and not far from the more extensive shopping at Crozon. We accessed some of the GR34 which is beautiful.

We stayed here for a week in July. It is a lovely house - very bright and modern with all you need for a vacation. It is situated a short walk from the town of Morgat where there are a variety of activities available, along with a beautiful beach. The house itself is in a very quiet area and a lovely big garden. We had a lovely stay and would highly reccommend this property. A lovely relaxing place to stay.

Schönes, komfortables Haus. Ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht! Ich hätte mich noch 2 Sonnenliegen gewünscht die zwar auf dem Foto abgebildet waren aber leider nicht zur Verfügung standen! Der Strand oder der kleine Ort ist prima fußläufig zu erreichen! Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp war etwas konfus. TV war out of order dafür hat das I-net super funktioniert! Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette charmante location. Erwan s'est montré arrangeant nous a très bien accueillis. La maison est propre, très bien équipée, je jardin est très agréable. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung und vielen Fenstern und Türen zum Garten, mit abendlichem Besuch von Rehen, Fuchs und Waldkautz. Zu Fuß ist der Hauptstrand und Hafen von Morgat mit Restaurants und anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen, gute Surfstrände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern auf den Sentiers entlang der Küste. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut und entspannt. Die Vermittlung ist sehr gut und problemlos. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Idéalement située à 7 min à pied du centre et de la plage, la maison est très spacieuse et bénéficie d’un cadre exceptionnel ! Grand jardin donnant sur la forêt (vue sur biches et autres animaux si vous êtes discrets !) Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location et reviendrons à coup sûr !

Très belle maison, parfaitement agencée, rien ne manque pour un parfait confort. Cadre très agréable, très beau terrain qui permet à de jeunes enfants de jouer en toute sécurité et sur une grande surface. Le calme est au rendez vous aussi, réveil au son des petits oiseaux .... Belle terrasse qui permet à tout moment de la journée de profiter de l'extérieur.
