A family home, ideal for a seaside vacation. Located just 250 m from the shops and Morgat Beach, it enjoys a prime location for exploring all the charms of the Crozon Peninsula and the region’s must-see sites: Douarnenez Bay, Cap de la Chèvre, Pointe de Dinan, Pointe de Pen-Hir, the Brest harbor with its charming villages (Landévennec, Le Fret, Roscanvel, Camaret)
You’ll appreciate the easy walking access to the beaches, the GR 34 hiking trails, as well as local shops (bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy) and nearby restaurants. With its unspoiled landscapes and exceptional panoramic views, the region offers the perfect setting to recharge. Many activities await you nearby: swimming, beach walking, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, sailing, mountain biking, hiking…
Detached house: Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms: 1 160-bed in the blue bedroom; 1 160-bed in the yellow bedroom; and 2 140-beds in the dormitory-style bedroom.
Sheets, towels, and linens provided; beds made upon arrival.
Essentials kit: dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, laundry detergent, shower gel, toilet paper, and a vacuum cleaner.
Partially renovated house with a private parking area (2 cars), a garden (clothesline), a wooden deck (garden furniture, barbecue), a basement on the first floor (ping-pong table), and a laundry room (washer and dryer).
On the first floor: a fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a living/dining room with a TV (Chromecast), and a separate half-bath.
