About this apartment rental
This 'tiny' home is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. Listen to the crashing waves at night and see the beautiful sunrises from the top of our track or from the beach.
The studio is very comfortable, warm and is ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited kitchen facilities ( jug, toaster, microwave, bar fridge). There is no inside kitchen sink due to Council Regulations but there is an outside tub on the beachside of the studio for washing dishes. A 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies Pizza and several takeaway shops.
Popular Brighton Beach and Cafe is a 5 minute drive away; the CBD and Dunedin airport both a 20 minute drive.
