Welcome to your dream getaway on the Island! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath canal-front home in Surf City offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. With direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and a private dock, you can bring your own boat or simply relax by the water and enjoy breathtaking sunset views.
The space
Located just moments from public beach access, this modern retreat features a roomy interior with plenty of space to unwind. Whether you're cooling off indoors with the A/C or heading outside to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed for restful stays:
- Bedroom 1 with a queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with a king bed and a crib bunk bed, perfect for little ones to sleep and play comfortably
- Bedroom 3 featuring a spacious king bed
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, with full-sized appliances, ample cookware, and multiple dining areas for your group to spread out and enjoy.
We've got everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach trip! You'll find beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a variety of sand toys for all ages. For families with little ones, we provide a Pack 'n Play with a mattress and sheets. Plus, for a bit of seaside adventure, there's a crab trap available for your use - just please remember to remove it from the water and empty it before you leave.
Need a ride to the beach or around town? A golf cart is available to rent for $50/day for added convenience and fun!

Golf Cart Rental
If you choose to rent the golf cart, keep an eye out for a payment request from VRBO to cover the rental fee. A quick digital signature on our Golf Cart Rental Agreement is also required, super simple! If the key is lost, a replacement fee will apply.
Boat Lift
The boat lift is currently inoperable, but guests are welcome to tie off their boat at the dock if needed.
Elevator
The elevator is designated for cargo only and is not rated for transporting people.
Neighborhood Respect & Quiet Hours
We truly love our neighbors and aim to keep the good vibes going! Please be mindful when parking, swimming, boating, and playing music. Surf City observes quiet hours starting at 10 PM, so let’s all help keep the street peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
Waterfront Safety
Being right on the water is amazing, but please remember that it comes with responsibility. Use the dock and water access at your own risk, no diving, and always supervise children closely. Swimming is at your own risk. There may be oyster shells and other sharp objects near the dock and bulkhead, so we highly recommend wearing water shoes for your safety. Safety first, fun always!
Smoke-Free, Family-Friendly
This is a family-friendly, smoke-free neighborhood. That means no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind, thank you for helping us keep the space welcoming and healthy for everyone.
Please Note: We have a No Pet Policy for all new reservations booked after 25th June 2025. Guests with reservations made prior to this date will still be allowed to bring their pets.
