This lovely apartment with 60m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The kitchenette is equipped with a cooking hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other essentials to make meal preparation easy and convenient.
Unwind in the cozy living area, featuring a sofa and a flat-screen TV (please note: only internet-based channels are available). You can also relax outdoors in the charming patio area.
The four bedrooms offer a comfortable bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It’s also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.
Closest metro/train station: General Torres (8 min walking)
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
It is no longer possible to use the sofa bed (adults);
There are no cribs;
We accept children up to 12 years on the sofa (on request).
