Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.
This is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from both São Bento and Porto São Bento stations. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation for exploring the city. The area is bustling with activity, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

The location of the property was great! The apartment was cute. The main thing making me not provide this property five stars was the cleanliness. The floors were really dirty! Our one year olds were running around barefoot the moment we reached the property and had black feet as the floors were really dirty even with everyone taking their shoes off immediately.

Everything was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean!
Easy to collect keys, perfect location for exploring the city on foot.
The only downside for us was the bedding.
Extra clean king size bed, but it didn't suit us. Mattress too soft for our liking.
