Land Roots Riverside Apartments

Great location and beautiful view into the river. Just a 5min walk to the riverside. The 1BR apartment was very spacious. The shower was big and the water had great pressure. The bed was super comfortable , and even the sofa bed was good, despite the noise of the springs when moving. The kitchen also had all the appliances needed. The swimming pool was big enough, with nice warm water, where I had plenty of fun.

Not much, only there was no a/c but it’s going to be upgraded

Pedro was quick to communicate instructions and how to get into the building early. Appreciated having a huge garage to park car. Just be aware road works going on and GPS may send you down a closed off street so had to find way to apartment. No fault of theirs though. Pedro helped with bags, clear instructions on everything. We had 2 bedroom apartment and bedrooms downstairs away from living area, so quiet. Was asked if we wanted sofa bed made up and it was done promptly. Nice having 2 bathrooms. Pool is indoors and we used it as warm outside. Only 2 mins walk to river with lots of restaurants etc. Short walk over to other bank. Perfect for our stay.

As mentioned no air-conditioning so was a bit hot. Left windows open but you do get noise from traffic. We are heavy sleepers so didnt worry us. It is strange that a m odern building doesnt have air-conditioning

A vista, a piscina interior aquecida e o apartamento bem decorado e equipado. O Pedro mostrou-se sempre disponível e bastante prestável. Sem pedir colocaram também uma banheira e cadeira infantil.

Nada a referir.

Great location, good sized apartment.

Late check in, couldn't check in until 4 and the apartment wasn't ready still until after 5. No code was given for front door so was locked out.
