The location was perfect and central. The apartment was spacious, and it was nice to have a washing machine. We liked the modern finishings. The Internet worked perfectly. It was easy to access the apartment with the codes provided.
The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We really didn't sleep well at all, which did affect our stay in Porto quite a bit. The walls are also very thin and not soundproof. We could hear the neighbours throughout the night.
The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great either. It felt like the apartment was just tidied before we checked in. The floor was dirty and had hair lying around, the couch was dusty, and the window railings were full of dirt. The kitchen area had a strong fish smell and the entrance area of the building had a damp and musty smell.
