The location was central to all attractions in Porto. The welcome on arrival was good and the team on site were always friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The apartments were clean & comfortable. Towels were changed on the second day, breakfast spots were on the doorstep of the apartment and again very nice. Easy to walk everywhere, bit hilly but not an issue.
The bedroom areas are close to each other with no privacy. One on the mezzanine floor open to stairs and the other is as you enter the apartment. It was fine for us as family but could be an issue for friends sharing. There is only one toilet / bathroom. However a small detail.

Our Unit 10 was a top floor, loft room with a patio door and window facing out to Rua da Vitoria. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It included a well-equipped kitchenette and large table for meals. The location is great as it is located near the major sites in Porto. Also there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area of the building.

Loved this place! Stayed with a friend and the 2 bedroom (ground floor and loft) situation was perfect. The balcony was a highlight. Lots of light from windows but also could close curtains for full dark. Staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. (Small note- only comes with 4 free Nespresso pods, so you may want to bring extra)
Great location! Gorgeous overlook/sunset spot right around the corner. Highly recommend!

We liked the building and its character. We also liked the location which was close to many historical sites.
Dish wares were too old and pans had deep scratches. Pullout coach was not comfortable.
