The location was fantastic with really great restaurants nearby. The AC was nice for a hot summer day. We got lucky with parking very close so that was nice, but even if we had not there are very close parking options nearby. The check-in process is very clear and the people in the check-in office were very helpful.
I liked everything just be careful in the bathroom as when you turn the water to hot. The metal gets very hot. Don’t touch it.

We had just stayed there one night and it was a really nice apartment with all the amenities and air conditioning which was great as it was really hot. The concierges were helpful in booking activities. We arrived really early but there were luggage storages.
There is no lift so if you have large/heavy luggage you will need to carry it. There wasn't a door on the shower, so the water did get everywhere.

Nice and clean apartment; staff is very friendly and helpful with recommending restaurants and sights; they were also helpful with recovering our luggage lost by the airline; excellent location with easy walks to the city center and Cais da Ribeira (riverside quay) but it is going up and downhill; there are several nice restaurants with excellent local food in Porto
Stairs to the apartment are steep. We were lucky we did not have our luggage (lost). This is not a hotel; staff is not around at night. There is nobody around to help you if you have to check in late but it is manageable.
