Amazing location. Nice and big apartment that has everything you need. Nice to have a washing machine. Was great for the 3 of us. Staff was helpful and friendly (Bruno đ)

Had a great stay in shining view! The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, and Bruno was very helpful and informative about the area. It was spotless, comfortable and a perfect location. Within walking distance to all the main sightseeing spots. When we arrived earlier than expected, they kindly facilitated an early check in.
Also, my sister lost her bag as she dropped it off at the wrong office building. Bruno and his team helped her look for it for over an hour after we had checked out! (And they found the bag).

The location is perfect. We didnât use any transport because everything was so close. Pretty well supplied. Also it was good to have a kettle for tea lovers.
We were in the beginning of March and I guess this apartment is good only for warm season. Because it was extremely cold inside. It wasnât possible to be inside and not under blankets. Because of cold and no any heaters water in bathroom doesnât go at all, floors was always wet. And towels also didnât dry in bathroom so we dry it on doors or chairs.
Warm water needs to wait for 10-15 minutes. On 2 day I found 6 ants in bathroom.
I think it would be nice to have some heaters during cold season.
