Virtudes Premium Apartment by DA'HOME

Die Wohnung war sauber und die allgemeine Lage in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum war gut.

Organizing early check-in required a litany of back-and-forth emails. Also the accommodation did not have ventilation in the windowless bathroom. After watching numerous YouTube videos, I still couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Unfortunately the windows faced a busy intersection and there was no air conditioning, so we had to deal with the noisy street. Some of the email correspondences used the wrong tense of verbs which lead to unnecessary confusion and more emails to clarify the situation. We were a party of three but the dining room table only had two chairs.

The stay at Virtudes Premium Apartment by DA’HOME was very successful. The apartment is modern, clean, and well‑equipped, and its greatest advantage is the excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Torre dos Clérigos, railway station, many restaurants very close, Ribeira, and the main attractions of Porto. Communication with the host was quick and helpful, and the check‑in process was smooth. It’s an ideal place for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it.

Kein Fruehstueck

Schluesseluebergabe schwierig, nach erhaltenem Foto war es sehr umstaendlich den Schluesselbehaelter zu oeffnen, der an einer Regenrinne vorhanden war. Gepaeckaufbewahrung nicht moeglich. Nach Anfrage bei DA'HOME sollte ich Uber kontaktieren. Checkout Verlaengerung um 3 Stunden haette 35.- Euro gekostet. Checkout Time war 11:00 Uhr. Bei einer Summe von fast 900.- Euro ( 1 Woche ) fand ich 35.- Euro nicht gerade entgegenkommend. Das naechste Mal bevorzuge ich wieder ein Hotel. Vorhaenge und Teppich fleckig.
