Penthouse with design and river views

This is in an incredible location! There is quite a bit of construction going on in Porto, so you have to look past that to the beautiful view of the river. We loved the apartment and recommend it to anyone who can handle lots of stairs- but that’s Porto! The apartment was clean, modem and very comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out and incredible views to enjoy. The restaurants in this area are tops. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location! Very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Communication was overall good with the hosts. They were very gracious to get us into the unit early after traveling overnight from the US. They also arranged airport pickup with their driver Mr. Silva, who is so sweet. He also drove us for a day trip to Douro Valley. The views from the two bedrooms are very pretty. The living room is interior to the inner courtyard of the building. The beds overall weren't the best comfort wise, but the larger bedroom in the back of the unit was definitely the most comfortable. The bedroom closest to the entry door is interior and did not have great air flow except for a small window near the ceiling that could be slightly opened. We experienced quite a bit of cigarette smoke entering that bedroom from a neighboring unit. Overall, the unit is cute. I would recommend more toiletries like toilet paper be made available for a unit that sleeps up to 6 people. However, this seemed to be the trend for everywhere we stayed in Portugal so not specific to this unit. We did experience some issues with our stay, but stayed in communication with the hosts and were ultimately able to resolve, which we were very appreciative of.
