A fantastic location in a busy area - but quiet! Staff very friendly and helpful. A real bonus having a pool and it had masses of charm - just like Porto!
Only gripe was our room was dark and when the guests staying above us walked across their floor - it was very loud and intrusive.

A great location, lovely rooms, lovely garden and pool area. There is also a great wine bar right next door!
A minor issue with the toilet. It kept refilling and was a bit noisy

The property is really well located yet retained an oasis quality. A blend of modern and historic elements with good facilities and stunning gardens. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and overall excellent value. Pool area was beautiful.
It was difficult at times to find staff to talk to as the reception was not manned. However messages were answered promptly. Unfortunately the area outside the property is under construction making access difficult. Many Uber drivers which we needed to use were not aware of the issues.
