Surrounded by gorgeous woodlands, the outdoor space is a true haven—featuring a large deck, gas firepit, gas grill, and a built-in hot tub for relaxing under the stars. Nature lovers will find plenty to admire with a variety of birds and local wildlife frequently visiting the property—perfect for quiet mornings with binoculars and a hot cup of coffee.
Inside, the craftsmanship shines. From crown molding to red pine floors, the home is filled with natural light and thoughtful details. The main level features a spacious living room with a smart TV and a stunning double-sided fireplace that opens to a dining area with ample seating for shared meals. A fully stocked kitchen overlooks the trees, offering the chance to spot deer or cardinals as you prep breakfast. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level.

The house and property were beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved the privacy of the wooded lot, and the multiple deer sightings. The hot tub and fire pit were much appreciated and well-uses features. The location is awesome, close to all that York has to offer. The owner was friendly and very helpful. All in all, just a very good experience for our entire family!
