About this house rental
Walking distance to Harbor Beach, York Harbor Inn, Stageneck Inn. A short drive or bike ride to Long Sands Beach, Nubble Light House, and Short Sands beach. Four bedrooms and plenty of living space provide ample opportunity for relaxation in the quiet, upscale neighborhood. York is a haven for summer activities including biking, jogging, kayaking, fishing, boating, surfing, and lounging on the beach. Max occupancy of 8 . WiFi and cable tv is included. A new ping pong table was added in the finished basement for hours of fun for kids and adults.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is huge if you were in the mood to eat in. The location is very convenient to rtes 1 & 1A and 95. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed watching everyone walk their dogs! My favorite part was hearing the harbor bell.
Things I wish I'd been aware of ahead of time caused a few issues for our more senior and less mobile guests - outside stairs are uneven and no railings, inside stairs have a tight turn at the top. And the bathtub was inaccessible to all of us and did not have a safety/grab bar. Everyone used the walk-in shower so we managed.
Otherwise, hosts were very pleasant and responsive to all our questions. In general I would recommend staying here!

We love this house. It honestly has everything you could want in a rental while vacationing. The hosts are phenomenal. The location is perfect. This was our third time staying and we absolutely will be visiting again.

We loved everything about this home and location, we had a fun and relaxing vacation! Sean and Merlin were wonderful hosts and responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay!
