Great location

Great location in southern area of the Lake District. Easy to find and quite rural but shops and facilities nearby.
The place is amazing, very spacious with 2 double rooms, one with en suite shower room a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Perfect for the 4 of us but could sleep up to 6.
The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Reelly nice garden area when weather is good.
Quiet area too. Playing field and play ground opposite as well as fields.
These are only very minor things and more suggestions rather than didn't like.
1. Kitchen extraction fan not working
2. Could do with blinds or curtain in kitchen bay window
3. Washing machine would be useful for longer stays.
4. Not so keen on fake grass but I get its easy maintenance
5. Shower curtain in en-suite bathroom. Wet room but entire floor area gets very wet when water splashes.
