Stunning property and grounds in a great location.
Location was quiet and in a beautiful setting. There is a short cut through the grounds to the lovely Ulverston. Property was immaculate and well equipped. I couldn’t rate it more highly and will definitely look to stay when next in the area. Retail park within a short walking distance with M&S food hall, Greggs, Aldi etc
Could have done with a second kitchen bin for recyclables, but that is being picky.

Outstanding - highly recommended.
Everything!! Our stay was incredible. The accommodation was fantastic and exceptionally comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Couldn't fault our stay. Sharp knives, all the cutlery and crockery needed, comfortable beds, warm, well decorated. Shower was as good or better than at home!

Exceptional
Perfect accommodation. Clean and very well presented with all mod cons. Beds were comfortable, linen was of good quality. Heating was spot on, showers were spot on, seating was spot on. I believe this is the best accommodation I have ever stayed at and I will be definitely coming back. It is my intention to try every suite, it might take a while but I am going to try. As I have said the Rowley Suite was beautiful, big enough to accommodate 6 adults. A MUST STAY Ulverston is nice, good food and drink with friendly people.

The light in the bedroom cupboard kept going on and of all night it kept me awake ,I think there is a fault, also the coffee maker didn’t work,I had my own coffee so it wasn’t a problem.
