Fab stay

Breakfast excellent, keys picked up from the pub and then we were escorted to the cottage. The cottage was on two floors, spacious, decorated to a high standard and comfortable. Great location by the market square and very near to restaurants, bars and shops.

Ulverston trip in town centre

We liked that it was a home from home.

No internet to connect to and no full size mirror, but these are only minor things.

the bed was described as a large double when it wasn’t and so my husband had to sleep on the couch so really not happy

Very good

The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed and everything you needed. The staff at the farmers were very helpful. Also a really good location within the town.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived and took a while to heat up, the bedroom especially. The door to the communal area is never locked which I found strange that the 2 apartments don't have a key for it. No fault of the accommodation but the occupants in the apartment below were noisy and kept coming and going throughout the night, slamming the doors.

Poor

The cottage was clean and bed was quite comfortable but the cottage itself in actually on a car park and we were woken at 5am one morning and 6am Most other mornings with the co-op delivery wagons because the co-op delivery area is adjacent to said car park. We also had to park a 10 minute walk through town which we paid £1 for 24 hours where as the car park we were situated on was £35 for 24 hours there was parking outside the front door but we weren't allowed to use it.

I was warmly greeted by the manager, and found the accommodation welcoming.

Good facilities in the centre of Ulverston

Centrally located in Ulverston - whilst there was no on-site parking the property backed onto a large municipal carpark and spaces were easy to find in the evening (free parking from 18:00 - 08:00). The property was compact, well appointed and the bed and pillows were top notch.

The shower head looked like it could do with a clean but I'm sure that can easily be rectified (which was why the cleanliness was marked down). One additional item would be a bread knife in the kitchen.

lovely comfy stay and close to amenities

spacious, comfy, extremely close to the town so no taxis needed, car park right next door

it has obviously just been renovated, and it’s done lovely, but they must of forgot to put the blinds up in the bedrooms, and they were laying on the windowsill ready to go up.. not a problem as it wasn’t summer so the light didn’t bother us

Great location. Very impressed with the inside of apartment . Immaculate. Everything we needed for a breakaway with all self catering facilities. Bed was super comfortable.

Only 1 point. Was the entrance to the property was used alot as a walkthrough for catering a restaurant at the rear of property. They could be noisy at times.

Comfortable and luxurious apartment with beautiful bathroom.

We got moved to a brand new accommodation. 99% finished and we were trusted to be the maiden users. Place was really comfortable and complete.
