DiMar House

Our stay at DiMar House was amazing! We honestly couldn't have picked a better place. The villa is in a quiet area, about 8–10 minutes' walk from the beach, with several beautiful beaches nearby. We had a car, which made everything very convenient. Supermarkets, local shops with fresh fruit and vegetables at great prices, a gas station, restaurants, and the airport (around 30 minutes away) were all close by. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being in the northern part of Halkidiki, it's a perfect base for exploring both Kassandra and Sithonia. Most of the famous beaches are within a comfortable driving distance, so we could visit a different one almost every day without spending hours on the road. The villa was spotless. Everything was perfectly clean, with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and all the essentials provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, just like at home. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the washing machine was a big plus for a longer stay. Every room has air conditioning, mosquito screens (even on the entrance door), and the electricity is controlled with a key card. Small details like these really make a difference. Even though it's a private villa, it felt more complete than many hotels we've stayed in. The outdoor area was just as nice, with a large dining table for two families, a fully equipped BBQ, beautiful garden lighting, an outdoor tap, and private parking for two cars with separate entrances. We also appreciated the cold water in the fridge and the bottle of ouzo waiting for us on arrival. It's clear that the owners really care about their guests. Everything was practical, well organized, and made our stay easy and comfortable. If you're reading this review and thinking, "It can't really be that good," I completely understand—I thought the same before booking. Just give it a try... I have a feeling you'll end up writing a review very similar to this one. 😊

That we couldn't stay longer. 😊 Halkidiki is an amazing place, and DiMar House made it even harder to leave.

Very hospitable host. Everything was clean, all the necessary appliances are there, good internet, a grill. Air conditioning in every room. We had a great rest, there are excellent beaches nearby, and the shops/city center aren't far by car.

Not a downside of the house, just a note that without a car, the location isn't very convenient.

The property looks brand new, super clean, comfortable, amazing. It looks actually better in person than in pictures.
