The property by it self is 5 of 5 but you need to find better staff for keep the property to be nice and clean.The roof top is amazing
The cleaning lady came at first day and never again we were there 5 days, at the door says every 2 days clean towels but never happen that.

The AC quickly chilled the rooms, it was very clean and everything was new. Every room had a separate balcony and a major one on the roof - my favourite! There is always hot water for showering. The bathroom has a blow-dryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels. The kitchen has a fridge, pots, cutlery, microwave, sink and stove. The host was very kind and generous. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk away. There are multiple markets and places you can eat in the area. Me and my friends were very satisfied with our stay here.
The parking is quite narrow and steep

The apartment is really close to the beach and the center of Nea Kalikratia filled with lots of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. The host quickly addressed all the issues/questions that we had.
Recommendation: There should be a mop in the bathroom for the guests to clean after every shower because the water is more difficult to drain.

It was modern, clean, well kept and pretty well stocked. It did get a little cold but the air conditioning helped us out wonderfully. All the products provided were of great quality and the barbecue as well as the outside tables and upstairs terrace really were a nice touch!
The bathroom would flood after taking a shower but we cleaned it with a towel and the issi was solved. Not a deal breaker at all! Would rebook.
