The location is perfect, extremely close to the beach and to the center. The apartment is spacious, the bed is huge and we did feel there was anything missing. Our host was amazing, always making us feel like home. If we were to come back to Nea Kalikratia we will definetly stay here again.
There were only 2 negative aspects: 1.The shower. It did not have a door or a curtain so there was always water on the floor. However there was some sort of mop to clean it. 2.There was a nasty smell in the bathroom sometimes.

Titolare molto accogliente, molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento si trova a due passi dal mare con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile privato. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Una camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa, bagno e sala con cucina molto grande con tutti gli accessori necessari. Pulizia ottima. Balcone molto grande con tavolino e sedie all'esterno . Siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta, torneremo sicuramente.

Die Lage ist wirklich top! Leider kein Meerblick wie ausgeschrieben aber Strandnah! Der Vermieter ist super lieb und reagiert sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten und Wünsche.
Es gibt leider einiges was an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Ein muffiges Bad ohne Duschvorhang, dreckige Bettwäsche bzw. fehlende Bettbezüge, eine Küche mit schlechter Ausstattung (ausschließlich zwei Riesen Töpfe und eine völlig verbrauchte Pfanne für zwei kleine Herdflammen), Dreck an den Wänden.. allgemein fehlt der gesamten Wohnung etwas Komfort und Charme, alles sehr zweckmäßig.
