The view is great, it’s not on noisy street. Close to the city center and beach bars. You can hear the sound of the waves.
It was not very clean. The sheets had some stains on them. The bed was very firm (for my liking).

The apartment literally is the heart of Nea Kallikrateia. It has a great balcony where you can watch sea. The apartment is new furniture and enough equipment for short stays.
The kitchen could have more equipment for cooking. But even though it’s enough for short stays

Absolutely loved our stay at SeaZen Beach Front Suites! The rooms were spotless and modern, the view was stunning, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Perfect location right on the beach—couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!
It can be a bit noisy on the balcony since the street below is busy with people and cars. We personally didn’t mind, but if you’re looking for a completely quiet spot, you might notice it. Inside the suite, though, the soundproofing is excellent, so you won’t hear much at all.
