Fantastic Stay at Central Square Family Apartment

I had a wonderful experience at Central Square Family Apartment in Nea Kalikratia with my family in March. Even though it wasn’t the high summer season yet, the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was a huge plus for us. It’s located on the main pedestrian street, so you're right in the heart of the action with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Additionally, our host George was incredibly responsible and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and reliable place to stay!

There is no breakfast. The beach is located 250-300 meters away, but it is very dirty and small.

The apartment is not on the first line as shown in the ad. There is no view of the landmark.The washing machine came with a delay of several days.There is no parking. Parking is problematic. Spare sheets were missing. The bedrooms are internal without windows. There was a serious problem with the hot water. In the evening, there was no hot water for bathing. The beds are old, and the mattresses are not comfortable. There are no contact guards. There are no air purifiers installed as shown in the ad. The apartment is very noisy from the neighboring apartments, apparently the insulation is poor. It is very noisy from the main street.

Location excellent and owner very attentive. Spacious apartment.

Poor air conditioning. Old a/c system that could not come close to cooling the apartment. Add a broken window at the front of the apartment letting in the heat. It was very uncomfortable and had I not pre paid I would have tried to find more comfortable accommodation.

Extended weekend in Nea Kalikratia

George and his mother were excellent hosts_we had maximum for our money, the same as on the pictures. The appartment was clean and confortible, close to the beach and in the center. George take care about reserving parking space, very big problem in Nea Kalikratia.

Nice apartment, located near the sea on the main street. There is also plenty of space in the apartment, and it has everything you need for a holiday. The owner is very dedicated and friendly, he even tried to keep a parking space for us while we were out.

The apartment is half renovated. There are a couple of windows and doors left to change.

Apartamenul este foarte confortabil, mare, confortabil, are tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur. Bucataria echipata cu tot ce este necesar, apa calda.

Nu este nimic care nu ne-ar fi placut. Totul a fost foarte bine. Gazda foarte receptiva, a reactionat foarte rapid chiar daca am venit foarte tarziu.

Suntem la al doilea an de când ne cazăm la Cental Square Family ,și am fost extrem de mulțumiți și fericiți. Locația este chiar în centru cu vedere la mare și taverne aproape. E un loc unde te poți deconecta de la rutina zilnică. Mulțumim lui George proprietarul apartamentului ptr ospitalitate . Ne gândim pe viitor să mai petrecem vacanțe în acest spațios apartament .
