Everything is new. The location was very good.

In the afternoon you can't go outdoors because it is incredibly hot. There is an umbrella at the terrace but this is not nearly close to having good shades. No crib as well. The property is not suitable for families with very small kids.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is very good, with quick access to the beach, and the house is welcoming, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a successful stay. The yard is well-kept, and the host was very kind and provided us with all the information we needed. As small aspects that could be improved, the extendable part of the sofa should be fixed on both sides so that it does not move, the coffee table in the living room that was damaged by previous guests if it can be fixed, and under the bed/sofa a more careful cleaning would have been needed. There are small details that I am sure can be easily fixed and that would contribute to an even better experience. I recommend the property, we felt very good and we appreciated this property for its location, comfort and the hospitality of the host.
