Comfortable and close to pine park, supermarket, fish taverna, and sandy beaches.

The property is in a good location, 2 minutes from the pine park that contains exercise equipment, 3 minutes from a very good local taverna, 4 minutes from well-stocked Masoutis supermarket, and 5 minutes from several beach bars and sandy beaches. About 300m - 400m from the center, with quiet nights, and partly sea-view from the bedroom and balcony that spans the entire length of the apartment (on three sides). The place is renovated, the kitchen is perfect and has an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, all dishes, just about everything you need. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs, enough space for comfort dining. Huge air conditioning meets the needs, there is one larger and one children's bedroom, which are correct and each room has access to a complete terrace. On the terrace there was even a nest with cuckoos that flew from there for the first time in their lives. During our stay we had quality support from the hostess, who even brought us a new set of towels, kitchen cloth, etc. A bottle of olive oil and a package of fresh olives awaited us.

When we arrived, there was no place to park the car, so we took our suitcases from a distant parking place. We thought that free parking was included in the price. What is worrying is that there is enough space in the yard to park more than 4-5 cars, but this is not allowed by a former USSR citizen who lives on the ground floor in an apartment next to the gate and only parks his Skoda. That man also complains if you dry the towels on the rope, because drops of clean water fall on his car, so he plays the horn so loudly that it disturbs you. Also, the same former USSR citizen has been making noise for days doing construction work in the apartments below you. The apartment is on the last, third floor without an elevator, so it is a little more difficult to bring suitcases in and take them down. If you are with small children who like to play on the terrace, two older Greeks, from the yellow building across the terrace, come out and curse your children. The bathroom is a bit small, about 2 meters x 2 meters. Anyway, mostly the usual shortcomings, which can be lived with.
