Very disappointing

Very close to the beach, main street and restaurants. The room was clean.

First of all, is no parking space dedicated for this hotel. You have to search for a spot in the crowded area. The streets are very tight and if you are lucky enough you will not find scratched car in the morning. The room was very, very small. Basic furniture is missing as a wardrobe, table, chair, some space for baggage's. We reserved a room with a double bed because of some health issues and of course we did not received one. Were 2 separate beds with very uncomfortable mattraces. The area is very crowdy, with allot of tourists, restaurants, music till 2 in the night. Is very hard to rest even with the closed windows. The property do not have door handles on both sides and the neighbors were slammed the doors till late night.

Almost perfect accommodation

Having heating, big fridge and oven. The owners were very nice. I would book this apartment again (but only out of season as now).

People talking loud especially in the morning. The apartment was on the square so we could hear people while going to work or having their morning coffee at the cafe below the building.

I have always been in contact with the lady of the hotel who was always ready to respond to the request I had . Everything deserved a grade of 10 as in location, cleanliness, the hotel inside was very good and had everything, very polite staff and you can also drink a super good coffe espresso in the bar below the hotel . I was very pleased!

Nice room in the best location

The place was great, the location could not be better. It looks exactly like it's shown on the images. It's situated right on the main square so you look at it from the terrace and the view of the sea is to die for. The hosts were really nice and friendly. They also own the cafe downstairs where you can get nice food and drinks. Definitely would recommend for a short stay in Nea Kallikrateia! Will stay here again :)

The stairs are a bit difficult to navigate if you're on the taller side or if you have a lot of big luggage. Would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles, or at least singles that don't separate on their own. Bit pricey for just a room (no kitchenette except for a mini fridge). Still, the location and the view really make up for everything.
