Eirini's Place

Clean, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped apartment, walking distance to the beach and town center (even though a bit uphill when coming back, it's a very short 3-4 minuntes walk so it's perfectly fine but worth mentioning for older visitors perhaps). It is perfectly quiet at night and during the day as well which helped a lot considering we traveled with a one year old baby. The owners are super welcoming and available at all times. They saved a parking space for us in front of the building and made the apartment ready to enter a few hours before the official check-in time. We were even offered to leave the apartment late on our last day to avoid traveling back home in the middle of the day and avoid the heat. Don't think twice if you're travelling with kids, this is the perfect apartment - bedroom, living room, full kitchen, batroom with washing machine, 2 balconies, 2 AC units, high water pressure and hot water available at all times. And it is much easier to find a parking space in this area than in the middle of the town. Would absolutely come back. Also, if you want to go to Sahara beach or Leo beach bar or any other bars in that area, this part of town is the closes to them, takes about 5 minutes by car max.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equippted with everything you need. It has complete kitchen and bathroom facilities (even a coffee machine with capsules and a washing machine with detergent).The location is great, near the city beach and the city center but still quiet at night.Also near the famous beach resort Sahara (aprx.5 min by car). The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Perfect spot for a relaxing trip with my family – I’d happily come back!

The apartment is very comfortable for 3-4 people, excellently maintained and in a few minutes from the central part of Nea Karikratia. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive and had provided everything we needed for our stay - from water, coffee and snacks to cosmetics for the bathroom. The only inconvenience is that in the surrounding area there are some neighbors who renovate or build something - if you like to sleep late (after 8-9 in the morning), I wish you luck :)

The apartment was nice with very good location, near to beach and the center. It was very well equipped, including all sorts of consumables. The host was very kind, positive and helpful!
