The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equippted with everything you need. It has complete kitchen and bathroom facilities (even a coffee machine with capsules and a washing machine with detergent).The location is great, near the city beach and the city center but still quiet at night.Also near the famous beach resort Sahara (aprx.5 min by car). The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Perfect spot for a relaxing trip with my family – I’d happily come back!

The apartment is very comfortable for 3-4 people, excellently maintained and in a few minutes from the central part of Nea Karikratia. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive and had provided everything we needed for our stay - from water, coffee and snacks to cosmetics for the bathroom. The only inconvenience is that in the surrounding area there are some neighbors who renovate or build something - if you like to sleep late (after 8-9 in the morning), I wish you luck :)

The apartment was nice with very good location, near to beach and the center. It was very well equipped, including all sorts of consumables. The host was very kind, positive and helpful!

The location is excellent, the beach is a two-minute walk away and the center with restaurants is five minutes away. The apartment is nice and clean. We had good communication with the host and were warmly welcomed by his parents. As a sign of welcome, they gave us a basket with various local products. We are satisfied. Highly recommended!
