Great apartment for a family or two couples, positive owners and excellent cooperation and understanding

The worst my experience ever in a holiday in Greece.

Only the price. Not hi.

The owner was so disrespectful. The real conditions are not described correctly in the booking informations. When we arrived, about 19 hour, about I told to the owner, she came from the office (has 2 jobs apparently) and gave us the keys. I told her to take our passports and make the check in but she said “no, somebody will come later to you for this”. Later, nobody came and around 21 we left in city for dinner. The second day she did not come or call for passports and after we came late from the beach, before go to the dinner I called her to ask about take our passports and she told me that I should wait her to come to 22 a clock from the office for take the passports. I told that we will ve in city for dinner and shoping to that hour. She said that will come the thirth day morning for passports. In the morning, descended to reception and to go to the beach and nobody there. I called her and she told me that I MUST wait her 10 minutes cause she is in the supermarket. I told that I must leave fast to the beach cause the car that take us for the beach must return quickly to take my husband in Salonic to the hospital cause he has an emergency and I cannot wait. Then, she screamed to me to stay there. She came in 3 minutes extremely nervous, screaming to me and talking very unpleasant. I gave her the passports. Later, she sent me a message with very bad words and telling me that was the thirth day without check in and the police if would come would took me to the police station for hours for identity me. I tried to tell her that she did not wanted to make my check in, not me, and cannot ask me to wait for her at 22 a clock at home cause I m in holiday there. Also, I told her that I m not unidentified cause I paid and rent by booking where she has all my personal informations.

Good value for the money

Apartment is very big with a lot of space for kids to play around. Provided parking spot in the shade is also a nice amenity. Apartment is located on the outskirts of the town which makes it very easy to visit beaches in neighbouring villages which are much better than the one in Nea Kalikrateia.

Some of the furniture and appliances were a bit outdated. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was very hard for my taste or probably even for anyone's. Breakfast could have also been more diverse. Hosts were generally hospitable and responsive when we arrived but I could not reach them via email or phone prior to arriving to coordinate some things. Provided phone number was switched off and is different from the one displayed at the reception desk.

Very nice family owned business. Helena and Dimitri are wonderful people. Breakfast was amazing and plentyful and they even managed to make it vegan even though we came with the request the night before. Very spacious aprtements also.

Posizione comoda per il centro del paese, uscivamo a piedi la sera, posto molto tranquillo. La colazione non l'abbiamo provata ma Eleni la proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile su tutte le richieste, abbiamo fatto anche una escursione in barca da lei organizzata a Blue Lagoon molto bella...mare fantastico!

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è il piano di cottura che noi Italiani siamo abituati a ben altro per cucinare, ma detto questo quello messo a disposizione faceva il suo con tempi un pò lunghi...

Υπάρχει ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα.

Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Δεν υπήρχαν αρκετά σεντόνια. Υπήρχε κλιματιστικό το οποίο δεν είναι αρκετά δυνατό για να δροσίσει ολόκληρο τον χώρο. Υπάρχει φουρνάκι σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση, έκανε μισή ώρα να βράσει λίγο νερό. Υπήρχε τηγάνι καμένο. Πιάτα και μαχαίρια φαινόταν βρώμικα και χρειάστηκε να τα πλύνουμε πριν τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε.
