It is a great place for a family vacation.
The house :
The House is located in a small garden and has a beautiful terrace. It is 600-700m from the beach (sand + rocky in the water but the "44 Restaurant" is there).
We used the car to go each day to another beach: Sahara Beach, Lemon Beach, Barboni...
The house has everything you need + It is clean and cozy, it's in a quiet area, so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation (there is a coffee machine using pods in the kitchen).
The kids can play outside, there is a fig tree in the backyard and some other trees in the front yard.
You can park the car in the front yard.
A local store is not far away (5 min walking) and Lidl is 5 min by car.
Owner: Friendly; cold water and some sweets were waiting for us in the refrigerator when we arrived.
Overall: This is a nice house for a family vacation, you can enjoy the see and the peaceful Greek life.
You have to remember to switch on and off the water heater...at first I tough it will be a problem, but the water stays hot from one day to another, so it was ok after all....we always had hot water.
