It was in a great location.
I wish the advertisement was clearer about the washing machine being shared with another tenant. When you are on a trip you don’t want to have to sit and wait with the laundry.

The property had all the kitchen facilities you could want, a very spacious bedroom/living area and skylights! And an ice tray in the freezer! Both the fridge and freezer had plenty of space too.
There was no washing machine despite the property listing saying that it had one. The bathroom was also extremely small and the light switch for it was in an inconvenient spot relative to the way the bathroom door opened.

The bedroom/sitting area was nice.
The stairs to the studio were VERY steep and not suitable for young children, elderly, or physically impaired people. There was a further set of very steep stairs within the studio itself compounding the problem. The entrance/outside of the building was dirty, unkempt and very off-putting.
