Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house for rent in the village of Saint-Astier, featuring a private swimming pool, with a floor area of 130 m² and sleeping up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 3,400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living room with a TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofas and a dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 10 m x 4 m, open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates are subject to change)
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 3,400 m²
- A 125 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and an outdoor kitchen to make the most of sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Astier, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 3 vehicles)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Sainte-Foy-la-Grande (approx. 12 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes).

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
