A haven of peace and tranquility, ideally situated on the hillside of Monbazillac, this is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends to relax and discover the rich historical, gastronomic, and wine-making heritage of the Périgord region. This recently restored and very well-equipped house (with new appliances), shaded by a majestic linden tree, is surrounded by two terraces where you can relax at different times of day. A small squirrel watches over the house from a branch, and regularly, in the morning, the residents are greeted by graceful deer. The house is separated from the quiet cul-de-sac by a pretty wall with a gate, making it safe for young children. The garden is not fenced, and the nearest house is 300 meters away. Parasol, garden tables and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, chair, bathtub, potty, changing table and cot, children's board games… Everything is there. A vehicle is essential. Information about the region is available. Nearby, you can go horseback riding, swim in Lake Pombonne, and stroll through the beautiful park surrounding it. You can also take your children to the playground and play tennis on the courts in Saint Laurent des Vignes (1.5 km). Numerous visits and hikes are available in the surrounding area, including kayaking down the Dordogne River, culminating in a guided tour of the magnificent Château de Beynac.
