In the heart of southwestern France, between Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Bergerac, the La Liesse vacation rental will charm you with its setting. Nestled in the countryside, this cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the Duras region, its castle and vineyards, and the many surrounding bastides.
This detached, fully air-conditioned former barn features, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, three bedrooms (two 180-cm beds and two twin beds), a bathroom, and a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a dormitory with three 90-bed beds, adjacent to a large lounge area. Terrace with patio furniture and umbrellas.
Heated saltwater pool, open from May through September (11 m x 4 m, 2 m deep), secured by a roller shutter. Beach area with sun loungers. Unfenced garden of 1,500 m². Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included; beds made upon arrival. Tourist tax. Numerous hiking and biking trails all around the cottage. Fishing and canoeing on the Dropt River. Explore the Duras vineyards. The cottage is 5 km from the Château de Duras (shops, restaurants, and services) and 2 km from Lévignac-de-Guyenne (bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy, post office, grocery store).
